He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Maragos and Constance Maragos (Angelopoulos); his brothers, Steve, Ted, Angelo and Sam (Rena); and his brother-in-law Dudley Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vivian Zimmerman, Peter Maragos (Roxanna), Alex Maragos (Gloria) and Andrew Maragos (Sherry); and his sisters-in-law, Gloria J. Maragos (late Angelo), Gloria Maragos (late Ted Maragos) and Jeanne Maragos (late Steve). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given in Jim's memory to the St. Peter the Aleut Orthodox Church, 109 6th ST SE, Minot.
