He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Engel and Elaine Engel (Gregoryk); and his sister Marie Wood. He is survived by: his son Joshua Engel (Sierra); his siblings, Robert Engel of Fargo, ND, Diane Stai (Jerry) of Minot, Nancy Eckmann of Minot, Dorothy Allen (Lee) of Fargo, ND, Peggy Kent (Michael) of Glen Ellen, CA and Joanne Lundeen (Jack); and his grandchildren, Sophie Elozondo, Emily Engel and Camdon Engel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
