He is survived by: his children, Jana Stack of Minot, Jody Eidenschink (Louis) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Greg Stack of Minot; his granddaughter Elizabeth Peterson (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Reid and June Peterson; and his brother Dr. Robert Stack (Libby) of Redmond, WA.
