He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Lahti and Ina Lahti (Niemi); his sister Adeline; and his siblings-in-law, Ernest Maki, Robert Feiring, Maynard Jorstad and Myrtle Jorstad.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Saby; his children, Michael (Julene) of Burlington, Bruce of Minot, Dennis (Lori) of Minot and LeAnn Lagemann (Ray) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Thomas, Danielle (Michael), Meghan (Ross), Bradley, Alexandra, Amanda, Randy and Ashton; his great grandchildren, Karson, Keagan, Layla, Ryan, Ellis, Tucker and Chase; and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Feiring and Marlys Klimpel (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
