We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2019, at the age of 88, Gene Howard Sjaastad (Minot, North Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald; and his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his daughter Mildred Sjaastad (Christian); his sister Janet Pettys (Bob); his children, Pamela Shipley (Frank), Julie, Ken and Greg; and his uncle Bob. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
