He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Heizelman and Pauline Heizelman (Scheufele); his wife Gloria E. Smith; and his siblings, Judy Bachmeier, Ardis Aasen, Janice Knippleberg, Orville Heizelman and Lloyd Dietrich.
He is survived by: his sons, Gerald Heizelman, Grant Heizelman (Sheryl) and Glenn Heizelman; his grandsons, Cody and Wyatt; and his brother Ronald Heizelman (Patricia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1800 Hiawatha St SE, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
