It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Wayne Conger (Minot, North Dakota), who passed away on July 8, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest R. Conger and Doris M. Conger (Woodson). He is survived by: his wife Alie; his children, Clyde Sivertson (Deb), Guy Sivertson (Cathy), Phyllis Norman (Gary), Lou Johnson and Bonnie Njos; and his sister Jeanine Dourbet.
