She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arliegh May and Vitus Carlson May; her husband Vernon Ames; her siblings, Ellice Marshal, Earl Carlson, Roy Carlson and Esther Lukkasson of Bremerton; and her significant other William Powney (Bill).
