He is survived by: his children, Barry Dostert of Deshler, NE and Susette "Sue" Brown (Neil) of Burlington, ND; his grandchildren, April and Michael; his son Alan Dostert (Carolyn) of Buffalo, ND; his grandchildren, Alexander, Anthony and Anastasia; his child Amanda Peterson (Jay); his granddaughter Marrin; his sons, Teague, Brolin and Katie Hanson (Michael); his grandchildren, Mason, Chandler, Erin Sund (Matt), Whitney, Lauren, Cameron Dostert (Salem), Beau, Tatum, Dak, Tiffany Azzarello (Vincent) and Rachel; his siblings, Joseph Dostert of Minot, Catherine Opland of Seattle, WA, Irene Dostert and Patricia Lesmeister; and his brother-in-law Richard Novak of Minot.
