He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole T. Tollefson and Myrtle Tollefson (Nygaard); his wife Sharlene Tollefson; his daughter Kristin Tollefson; his brother Orlan Tollefson (Rosie); and his daughter-in-law Lori Tollefson.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Tollefson (Peggy) of Churchs Ferry, ND and Susan Mayo (Kevin) of Boise, Idaho; his grandchildren, Jordan Tollefson (Kailin), Brandon Tollefson (Courtney) and Kellen Tollefson; his children, Cade, Karly Mayo, Keon Garvin (Claire) and Elise Garvin; his great grandchildren, Kaiya, Kinsley Tollefson and Maxwell Tolley Garvin; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Visina (Ashley), Danielle Baumgartner (Jeff), MacKenzie Hildahl (Michael) and Ian Visina; his sister Phyllis Kempkes (Neville) of Denver, CO; and his parents-in-law, Gary Kenner (Sandra) and Diane Isaak (Jim).
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials are preferred to the Bethany Lutheran Church Foundation, Metigoshe Ministries, or the Lord's Cupboard of Minot.
