He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fish and Vernice Fish (Arnold); his daughters, Carleen Cochran and Tammy Baldwin; and his brother Raymond G. Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pitman of Minot, ND; his sons, Dennis Fish, Jr. (Heather) of Las Vegas, NV, Phil Fish (Pam) of Round Rock, TX and Jason Fish (Beverly) of Las Vegas, NV; and his siblings, Diane Barker of Pendleton, OR and Lloyd Fish (Linda) of Chandler, AZ..
