We bid farewell to David M. Burckhard of Minot, North Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 24, 2024 at the age of 73. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Burckhard and Mary Ann Burckhard (Merck); and his sister Mary Jane Kreger (Vern). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sebastian; his children, Michael Burckhard (Ashley), Amy Joyce (Wes) and Tracey Heinrick; his grandchildren, Miles Burckhard and Emerson Burckhard; and his siblings, Dennis Burckhard (Sheila), Gary Burckhard (Cheryl), Kenny Burckhard (Wendy), Kelvin Burckhard (Tam), Galen Burckhard, Rod Burckhard (Jackie), Tim Burckhard (Nita), Ron Burckhard (Jan), Randy Burckhard, Loretta Schaff (Pat) and Lorinda "Rindy" Haman (Darrell).

Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (707 16th Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701). A vigil service was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
