He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley Rakoce, Sterling and Eleanor Fyckes. He is survived by: his parents, Sterling Fyckes and Nancy Fyckes (Rakoce); his daughter Layla of Minot, ND; his brother Andy; his nephew Karson Fyckes; his grandfather Richard Rakoce; and his great-uncle Elmer Rakoce. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of plants and flowers memorials are preferred to a local pet shelter or youth hockey program.
