He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Howe and Laura Howe (Ave). He is survived by: his wife Deloris Howe (Makeeff); his children, Bradley Howe (Sharon) of Minot, ND, Dr. Brenden Howe, Melissa Zietz of Minot, ND and Crystal Lowenberg (Carlos) of Sandy, UT.; his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Austin and Jarrett Howe; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Makeeff (Raymond), Geraldine Makeeff (Myron) and Russell Makeeff (Deloris).
