He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Kelly Bohl (Kim), Randy Davy (Betty) of Moorhead, MN, Ryan Davy (Michelle) of DesLacs, ND, Jason Davy (Sarah) of West Fargo, ND and Kim Johnson (Mark Hamilton) of Elgin, IL.; his siblings, Sandy Transtrom (Jerry) of Watford City, ND, Marie Davy (Randy Brown) of Deer Lodge, MT, James Davy (Yvonne) of Murietta, CA, Bill Davy of Watford City, ND and Leonard Davy (Wendy) of Peoria, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Gefroh Sveum of Minot, ND, Stella Schiele of Rapid City, SD, Yvone Strauss (Bill) of Green Bay, WI, Martha Fennewald of Wichita, KS, Ramona Schmitz (Gary) of Harvey, ND and Mark Schitz of Fessenden, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
