It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Conrad Gordon Olson of Minot, North Dakota, born in Hannaford, North Dakota, who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Conrad Gordon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Olson (Kalvik) and Conrad Olson (Faugstad); his former wife Inez Ewing; his wife Violet Swanson; his stepfather Ole Vedo; and his sisters, Clarice Foussard (Emil), Corrine Bauch (Marvin) and Cathryn Boger (Leo).
He is survived by: his former wife Lucille Affeldt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, stepchildren, step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St Olaf Lutheran Church (1702 13th St NW, Turtle Lake, ND 58575).
