He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayme Roth (Knutson) and Clifford Eugene Roth, Sr.; his brother Jack Price; his brother-in-law Ed Grandboise; and his grandson Jordan Binstock.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Roth and Cory Bailey; his wife Jan Roth (Grandboise) of Minot, ND; and his children, Kimberly Lueck (Roth) of Minot, ND, Sharla Slater (Roth) of Williston, ND, Chris Roth of Bismarck, ND and Kyle Roth of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and several brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.
