He is survived by: his child Kim Filipek (Linda) of Burlington, ND; his grandsons, Aaron Filipek (Amy) and Adam Filipek (Becky); his daughter Beth Schaible of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Daniel Schaible and Katie Schaible; his son Mark Filipek (Cindy) of Coleharbor, ND; his granddaughters, Heather Lang (Lucas), Samantha Bosch (Dustin) and Autumn Preszler (Joel); and his sister Darlene Edwards of Bismarck, ND.. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
