It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Anderson of Minot, North Dakota, born in Drake, North Dakota, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Michalenko and Nora Michalenko (Demchuk); her son Terry; her grandson Dustin Thom; and her siblings, Raynold, Virgil Michalenko and Delores Parsley.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Anderson; her daughters, Lori Thom (Ron) and Melissa Houston (Chad Fors); her daughter-in-law Dorothy Anderson; her grandchildren, Shantel Ottmar (Aaron) of Burlington, Derek Anderson (Tammy) of Burlington, Velva of Burlington, Miranda Adam (Rob) of Burlington, Harvey of Burlington, Dana Anderson of Burlington, Mirissa Anderson (Tom Milford) of Burlington, Megan Houston (Joey Halsey) of Burlington, Dylan Houston of Burlington and Madison Houston of Burlington; her great grandchildren, Colton, Coy Anderson, Kemper Ottmar, Shayla, Waylon Adam, Terrey and Andrew Anderson; her sister Ardella Brandt; her sister-in-law Beverly Michalenko of Eugene, OR; and her friend Dannie Evans (Sherry). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
