Jp Schmidt wrote a sympathy message

“My condolences to Carl's family. By that I mean, his immediate family; to us, his cousins, he was a family member also. My earliest memories include Carl, and many, many afterward into recent days. He was always kind, generous, exceptionally personable, and generally fun to be around. His ability to weave a story, and his good humor infused with matter-of-factness was legendary. I will miss him. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. Psalm 116:15 - Jon Schmidt”
