She was predeceased by: her mother Debra Pudwill. She is survived by: her grandparents, Donna Johnson, Sharron Neuberger and Wally Sheets; her sisters, Tiffany and Lacey Neuberger; her husband Darrell Slack; her children, Te'Darrion Slack, Tiera and Tiana Slack; her father Myron Neuberger (Shannon); her stepfather Jack Pudwill; her grandfathers, Dennis Neuberger and Duey Johnson; her sister Shannon Newcombe (Jesse); and her stepsiblings, Kara Pudwill, JT Pudwill, Ragan Pudwill, Adrian Pudwill (Rosann), Amber Kottre (Chris), Brandi Schantz (Adam), Mike Geck, Matt Geck and Jazmyn Sletvold. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association in memory of Brittany. Honoring her generous wish, the gift of life was shared with many people in need through organ and tissue donation.
