It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Lou McKenzie in Minot, North Dakota, born in New Rockford, North Dakota, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Mellberg and Lillian Mellberg; her husband D. C.; and her siblings, Marjorie Mellberg, Beverly McKee and William 'Sonny Mellberg.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kitty Bachman (Bernie) of Langdon, ND, Connie Jasken (Dennis) of Mesa, AZ, Carrie Syrstad (Mark) of Simi Valley, CA and Kay McKenzie-Filipi (Tim Filipi) of Scottsdale, AZ; and her stepdaughter Patricia Garver. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
