He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lemer and Therisa Lemer (Martel); his children, Benita Vivian and Ryan Lemer; his brothers, John Lemer and Henry Lemer; his half-brothers, Joe, Johnny and Aloys Kramer; and his sisters, Katie Kuntz, Ann Kuntz and Phyllis Cooley.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his sons, Robin of Chicago and Lowell Lemer of Lincoln, ND; his grandchildren, Jason, Brent Vivian, Cherie, Amy Lemer, Taylor and Dylan Lemer; his great grandchildren, Brennan, Logan, Lennon, Aralyn and Langston; and his sister Josephine Miller.
