She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Skramstad and Olivia Skramstad; her husband Herman Polsfut; her daughter Deanna; her granddaughter Teresa; her brother Harold; her sister-in-law Lila Skramstad; her sister Verdene; and her brother-in-law Marlow Zook.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Milentis of Santa Monica, CA, Hazel Rouse of Owasso, OK, June Bernatchez (Bob) of Thorton, CO, Donnie Polsfut (Karen) of Max, ND, Gloria Eskelson (Earl) of Minot, ND and Arlin Polsfut (Kris) of Mandan, ND; and her brother Lyle Skramstad (Anita) of LaJunta, CO. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
