She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; her son Jonathan Wayne Aasen; her parents, Pauline Heizelman and Ferdinand Heizelman; her daughter-in-law Lori Aasen; her brother Orville "Jimmy" Heizelman; and her parents-in-law, Agnes Valentino and Rocco Valentino.
She is survived by: her children, Paulette Aasen of Minot, Tom Aasen (Brenda) of Minot, Don Aasen (Shannon Conroy) of Minot, Patty Mosser (Mike) of Minot, Penny Lunstad (Jim) of Minot and Pam Visina (Ryan) of Mesa; her grandchildren, Lance Rascoe (Shannon), Tiffany Miller (Bob), Shelly Carlson (Ron), Michael Aasen (Jaime), Jerad Aasen, Ben Aasen, Amanda Arceo (Geraldo), Chanda Hoewt (Greg), Stephanie Kupser (Jeff), Erica Getzlaff (Waylon), Rachael Forsman (Kyle), MacKenzie Jones (Eric), Chelsey Mickelsen (Jordan), Aaron Lunstad, Ciara Lunstad, Austin Visina (Katelyn), Jordan Visina (Amber Moffatt), Sheldon Anhorn (Jennifer), Travis Anhorn (Shari) and Brock Francis (Amber); her great grandchildren, Peyton, Andes, Kailan, Killian, Kayla, Fallon, Madison, Genevieve, McKinnon, Jordan, Drake, Emery, Mateo, Ashlynn, Boston, Brailynn, Dayton, Denver, Callen, Creighton, Archer, Orin, Brynn, Braiden, Treyton, Cohen and Jarik; her siblings, Ronald Heizelman (Patricia) of Velva, Gary Heizelman (Gloria) of Minot, Janice Knippelberg of Oak Harbor, WA and Judy Bachmeier (Melvin) of Minot; and her sister-in-law Geri Higgins (Tom) of Wisconsin.
Memorials are preferred to the Sunday School programs of Zion Lutheran Church or the Alzheimers Association.
