He is survived by: his wife Anne Putzer; his sons, Christopher Koth (Linda) of Minnewaukan, ND, Nicholas Koth (Pam Drake) of Omro, WI and Michael Koth (Jennifer) of Waukau, WI; his grandchildren, Michael Koth (Mariah Peterson), Madyson Koth, Mayson Koth and Jayde Van Fleet (Jason); his great grandchild Ellianna Koth; his sister Michelle Lindemann (Charlie) of Wisconsin; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Miller, Nancy Maren (Dan), Henry Maren and Owen Maren; and his stepdaughters, Susie Spaulding, Elizabeth Hilton and Diane Lande.
