Buckmier of Minnewaukan, North Dakota, born in Maddock, North Dakota, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Buckmier and Regina Buckmier (Hoffart); his parents-in-law, Vernon and Irene Eillingson; his sisters, Mary Parker and Bevery Huus; and his daughter Rhonda.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ellingson of Minnewaukan; his children, Robert Of Maddock (Dennette), Shannon of Fargo and Randy of Devils Lake; his grandchildren, Adam Aanderud (Dawn), Mikel (Mikkel), Blake, Jordyn, Joshua, Jessica, Megan and Kolton Buckmier; his great grandchildren, Keaton, Elias and Payson; his siblings, Beatrice Hahn of Grand Forks, Shirley Mager of Indiana and Raymond (Bette) of Devils Lake; his sisters-in-law, Jane Holje (David) of Maddock and Patty McCloud (Gary) of Minnewaukan; and his pet Candy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
