It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alec Sagan Howard of Minnewaukan, North Dakota, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Thompson Gilpatrick and Jay Howard; his brother Ethan Howard; his grandparents, Hollys, Richard Peterson, Larry Howard (Marsha), Ronnie, Becky Thompson and Rita Thompson Halvorson (Brian); and his uncles, Randy Thompson (Sherri), Ryan Thompson (DeShawn) and Dan Howard (Anita).

CDC recommendations including social distancing, hand sanitizing and staying away if not feeling well are encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to an organization of the donor's choice.
