She was predeceased by : her parents, Eldon Johannsen and Maxine Johannsen; her sisters, Margaret Ann Stingley and Connie Johannsen Frahm; her brothers-in-law, Martin Gainor and Charles Gainor; and her nephew Grant Gainor.

She is survived by : her husband Harry Gainor; her sons, Mark, Kirk, Roman (Sheila) of Watertown, SD and Dana (Jill); her grandchildren, Martin (Destiny), Noah, Jayson Gainor, Kelsey, Andrea Gainor, Madison Arth (Jason), Alix and Brandt Larsen; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Remi Gainor, Emmett and Tripp Arth; her sister Barb Deming (Doug) of Sioux City; and her brother-in-law Ron Stingley of Dakota City, NE. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church, DeLamere.
