She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Dickerson and Christine Dickerson (Marsh); her husband Harlan Nelson; her sons, Stewart and Michael Nelson; and her siblings, Rita Nelson and Robert Dickerson.
She is survived by: her daughter Patty Ellerbusch (Steve) of Fergus Falls; her grandchildren, Michael Ellerbusch (Elaine), Jon Ellerbusch (Rhonda), Brian Ellerbusch (Michelle), Joseph Ellerbusch (Amanda) and Kristine Simon; her great grandchildren, Mike, Ethan, Madeline, Abigail, Annabelle, Zachary, Lucinda, Oscar, Noah, Ben, Henry, Tanner and Caitlyn; and her brother Richard Dickerson (Judy) of Wahpeton.
