He was predeceased by: his parents, Barb and Mer; his siblings, Jeff, Craig (Linda) and Kathi (Joseph); his nieces and nephews, Daniel, Karen, Alex, Taylor, Sloane, Zachary, Troy, Paige and Anna; his uncle Gary; and his aunts, Willie, Joann and Sharon.
He is survived by: his brother Uncle; and his significant other Juliana.
