He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Oliger and Mildred Oliger (Williamson); his son Karl; his siblings, Marvin, Donald, James and Margaret Olsen; and his nieces, Linda Wetsch and Vicki Ketterling.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Del; his stepdaughter Helen Atkinson of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his siblings, Ray Oliger of Bismarck, Dolores Meidinger and Jayden Lippert of Bismarck; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Oliger; his grandchildren, Julian Oliger (Sydney), Carson and Rhylee; and his great grandchild Chandler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
