He is survived by: his children, Christine, Stephanie and Jerry (Kim); his grandchildren, Jill, Amy, Julie, Dustin, Rachel, Mason, Patricia, Clarissa, Treavor, Grace and Hope; and his sister Sharon Miller (Wayne). He is also survived by his nephews, great grandchildren, and cousins.
