It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Leroy Stoppleworth of Medina, North Dakota, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Stoppleworth and Laura Stoppleworth (Hanson); and his siblings, Milton, Dennis, Leo, Marjorie Bredeson, Dick Doll, Charles Koenig, Jerry Hoffman, Dan Lusby, Daniel Mittleider, Terry Buck, Lester Andres, Ronald Ganser, Kenneth Bredeson and Stanley (Carol Mack).
He is survived by: his friend Pudge; his wife Edith Ganser; his children, Kevin (Denise), Keith (Chris), Ron (LaVon) and Deb Clifton (James); his grandchildren, Ashley, Anna, Jack, Trayton, Tayden, Thomas, Taylor (Jessica), Chelsey Stoppleworth, Michael, Corbin, Gabriel, Landin and Dominic Clifton; his great grandchild Charlie Mae Stoppleworth; his sisters, Dora Doll, Gloria Koenig, Juanita Baumgartner (Gene), Bernice Lusby, Mary Mittleider and Kathy Wegleitner (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Viona Stoppleworth, Rita Jawaski, Marietta Ganser, Rosalie Andres and Vernon Ganser (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
