She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Eissinger and Sophie Eissinger (Trautman); her husband Edwin D. Hoffmann; her son Mark; and her siblings, Edna Bowman, Penny Smith, Lorraine Campagna and Rudolph Eissinger.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Hoffmann (Deb) and Roxann Nagel (Jim); and her grandchildren, Angie, Emmy, Dustin, Sean and Landyn. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
