With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Rau of Medina, North Dakota, who passed away on March 8, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Clara Rau (Bader); his former spouse Arlys Leopold; his wife Margaret Jean "Jeanne" Nygaard; his grandson Matthew Rau; his children, Carol Enger (Ron) of Mayville, ND, Bruce (Ardella) of Medina, Brian (Ellen) of Medina and Neal (Tamara) of Medina; his siblings, Vernon Bader, Ardella Bader, Cherry Moser, Donna Dikoff, Lenora Job and Jean Antonovich; and his great grandchild Anna Grace Hofmann. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
