It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Meland of McKenzie, North Dakota, born in Driscoll, North Dakota, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Malsam and Mary Malsam; and her husband Roger Meland (Church) of Menoken, ND.. She is survived by: her children, Dean (Wanda), Darla O'Keefe (John) and Donna Speidel (Jerry); her grandchildren, Robert Meland, Courtney Sprynczynatyk (Meland), Lucas Speidel, Whitney Fliginger (Noah), Shane O'Keefe (Katie), Jacy O'Keefe and Jackson O'Keefe; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Greysen, Roger, June, Roland, Rocky and Blake; and her close friend Phyllis Rash.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.
