He is survived by: his wife Arlis Marie Skarphol; his children, Michael, Debra Stegman (Darrell), Tamara Sem (Scott), Robert (Jill) and David (Ann); his brothers, Rev. Clarence and Gerald (Ardith); and his sister-in-law Mardel Watterud.
