He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Skalicky and Elsie Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Skalicky; his sister Betty Evans; his children, Scott Skalicky (Jessica) and Holly Mills (Todd Mikkelson); and his grandchildren, Marissa Skalicky, Megan Mills, Dale Skalicky, Maura Mills and Mazzie Mills.
