She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Pollak; and her siblings, Clarence Stein, Darlene Grosz, Shirley Dockter, Diane Hintz, Loretta Meckle and Marlene Murray.

She is survived by: her children, Roxane Pollak and Mark Pollak of Beulah, ND; her grandson Lance Pollak of Dubuque, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Jaycie, Lexie and Brynlie; and her siblings, Wesley Stein of McClusky, Theobald "Heine" Stein of Wilton, Roger Stein of Napoleon, ND and Patsy Homann of Minot.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the McClusky City Cemetery or the Bismarck Cancer Center.
