She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Carpenter and Ada Carpenter (Mumby); her former spouse McClusky; her sons, Michael (Cindy) of Bismarck, Steven (Nancy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Paul (Luisa) of Cleveland, OH; her grandchildren, David (Teresa), Daniel (Jenny), Rachel, Blake, Abby VanLiere (Tyler), Mandy Haas (Joel), Ryan, Cory and Olivia; her sister Shirley Peterson of Mayville, ND; her sister-in-law Alice Carpenter of Grand Forks, ND; and her husband Clinton. She was also cherished by four great-grandchildren and two additional great-grandchildren.
