He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, August Heitzman and Amelia Heitzman of McClusky; his wife Dorothy Jabs; his sister Violet Reiswig of Lodi, California; his children, Pam Heitzman (Mitch Goulet), Dean Heitzmann (Erin) and Myron Heitzman (Janice); his friend Joanne Froelich; and his grandchildren, Adryan Heitzmann, Aaron Heitzmann (Sam), Daniel Terry (Johleen), Michelle Terry, Taelor Heitzmann, Jennifer Halvorson (Brennan Dawson), Morgan Halvorson (Levi Hoerner), Joshua Goulet and Noelle Goulet. He was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren.
