He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Amelia Neff (Stroh); his siblings, Beatrice, Ilene and Larry; his wife Mary Carpenter; his sons, Michael (Cindy) of Bismarck, Steven (Nancy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Paul (Luisa) of Cleveland, OH; and his grandchildren, David, Daniel (Jenny), Rachel, Blake, Abby VanLiere (Tyler), Mandy Haas (Joel), Ryan, Cory and Olivia.
Due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus, a private family service and burial will be held on Monday June 22, 2020.
