He is survived by: his former wife Janice Kay Davis; his wife LeaRae Tallman; his children, Christopher Tallman (Cynthia), Greta Siegel (Stephen), Jessica Fricke (Craig) and Derek Hackett (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Tristan Tallman, Nick Siegel (Justis), Magdelana, Vreelyn Fricke and Polly Hackett; his great grandchild Jensen Siegel; his sisters, Mary Ann Palda, Linda Dockter and Pam Johnson (Jack Berger); and his parents-in-law, Kathy Smith (Ken), Darcy Klain (Durnell) and Mark Ahmann (Carrie). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
