He was predeceased by: his parents, John Salwey and Rose Salwey (Selzler); his wife Regina Salwey; and his siblings, John, Jack, Joseph, Mike, Sylvester, Benedict Salwey, Rose Voller, Kathryn Boechler, Carol Frittel and Delores Schaan.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Dunkel (Glen), Max, Kevin Salwey, Ken Salwey (Jacque) and Julie Kouba (Kevin). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great- grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters.
