He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean; and his children, Lorrie Horn (Dan Baus), Sherry Siers (Gary), Jerry Baker, Carrie Walker (Bob), Johnny Baker Jr. (Charlene), Jennifer Hanford (Don), Stacy Smith (Ty), Billie Jo Simons (Derick Huisenga) and Stephanie Symens (Warren). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
