He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thoelke and Esther Minnie Thoelke (King) of White, SD.; his granddaughter April; and his siblings, Gloria Abrahamson and King Thoelke.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie Ellen Stamp; his wife Marge Thoelke of Britton; and his children, Kent Thoelke (Deb) of Britton, Pamela Muth (Randal) of Palm Cove, Queensland and Greg Thoelke (Terry) of Britton. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
