He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodorus Noot and Trijntje Noot; and his siblings, Anne Letcher and William "Willey" Noot. He is survived by: his wife Delores; his stepchildren, Gary Withnell (Lois), Carmen Neevel (Robert), Marion Withnell, James Withnell (Naomi) and Vickie Hartley; and his sister Elizabeth Berge of Valley City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
