He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodorus Noot and Trijntje Noot; his siblings, Anne Letcher and William; and also Willey.
He is survived by: his wife Delores; his stepchildren, Gary Withnell (Lois) of Lonsdale, MN, Carmen Neevel (Robert) of Lonsdale, MN, Marion Withnell of Lonsdale, MN, James Withnell (Naomi) of Lonsdale, MN and Vickie Hartley of Lonsdale, MN; and his sister Elizabeth Berge of Valley City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
