He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ellison and Olive Ellison (Perry) of Mapleton; his parents-in-law, Russell and Lucille Kleingarn; his brother-in-law Burney Carver; and his brothers, John and Baby.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Kleingarn; his children, Todd Ellison (Ann) of Mapleton and Julie "Jo" Stulz (Allen) of Lisbon, ND.; his grandchildren, John, Sydney (Nick), Joe and Will; and his sisters, Jean Carver of Bottineau, ND and Delores Shelstad (Manfred) of West Fargo, ND.. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many other extended family and close friends.
Memorials in lieu of flowers in DuWayne's memory preferred to Valley Senior Services (Meals on Wheels), Community of Care in Casselton or an organization of your choice.
